Litmus
A virtual experiment in reciprocity
Litmus is an intimate, interactive, virtual performance designed for one participant and one performer. The interactive experience invites a single audience member to engage in an intimate practice of reciprocity that offers a medium for connection following a year of unprecedented isolation. Through our online interface, participants will effect choreography, soundscape and lighting design in real-time. This interaction requires a stable connection to the internet and the ability to submit text input. Litmus does not require a microphone or video camera and the participant will not be visible or audible on screen. All showings are also live streamed to a wider audience on our YouTube channel. No personal information is shared on the livestream.
Audience Role
Litmus is a virtual experiment in reciprocity. The participatory experience asks that the audience member share information and make decisions during the performance.
