• With Event Organizers: We do not sell tickets, and organizers never learn who you are from our visit counts. They may see totals, such as how many people viewed their listing or clicked its ticket link.
• With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us.
• Business Transfers: If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our own cookies only make the site work: they keep you signed in (and remembered on this browser after you sign in with an email code), protect forms, recognize your device for sign-in security, carry the Sign in with Apple step, and remember a layout preference. None are used for advertising. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the site that need you to be signed in will not work.

Our own visit counts. To learn which events people look for, which searches find nothing, and how often a listing's ticket link is clicked, we record searches (the place you typed, with anything that looks like an email address or phone number removed, its area to about a kilometer, the filters, and which events were shown), event page views, clicks on search results and ticket links, the website that sent you (its name only, such as google.com, not the page), and your country. We do this without cookies and without storing your IP address: your IP address and browser name are combined into a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you, and are then discarded. These records are kept for 13 months (visits we judge to be automated, such as search engine crawlers, for 30 days); daily totals with no individual visits in them are kept longer, except that text people typed (a place, a name in the search bar) or a site that sent them stays in those totals beyond 13 months only when at least three people shared it. Separately, each listing keeps a record of its ticket link clicks for 90 days, with the page you clicked from; if you are signed in when you click, that click is linked to your account. Click records made before October 2026 also hold an IP address and browser name, and are deleted on the same 90-day schedule. Organizers only ever see totals. IP geolocation by DB-IP.

In the same way, with the same daily code and the same limits, we also record which pages of the site you view, in order; your kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the names of your browser and operating system, without versions; your city and region, from your IP address, never an exact location; campaign tags in the link that brought you here (such as utm_source); how long a page was on your screen (if more than 5 seconds) and how far down you scrolled; what you type into the search bar at the top of the site; that your browser ran our page script (a sign a real browser, not a simple program, opened the page), and whether it reports being automated (controlled by a program rather than a person). We count how many people are on the site at any moment from the last five minutes of these visits. Paths through the site are only kept in our daily totals when at least five people took the same one.

We also use Google Analytics, with IP anonymization, which sets its own cookies to measure how the site is used.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we do not record any of your visits in our own counts. For anything else, email us at the address below.

If you search without signing in, we keep your most recent search in your browser's local storage so it appears in the search box next time. If you choose it there, it is sent to us to show the results, like any search. If you sign in within an hour of making it, or of choosing to pin it, it is saved to your account; otherwise it is deleted from your browser when you sign in.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to the United States and process it there.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
