Presented by Oh Hooray, Madison Elaine, and Rec Room Arts this innovative performance will transport participants into a world of loss and learning to live. Designed to engage the audience, "You Are the Dust" blurs the lines between here and then, unwell and healed. Utilizing interactive installations and live performance pieces to encourage active participation, “You Are the Dust” allows individuals to become an integral part of the artistic narrative. Attendees will be immersed in a breathtaking musical score composed exclusively for this performance by local Houston musicians. The audiences' role is to experience grief and joy in whatever way feels natural to them. There is no right way to experience these emotions. There will be light interaction between the technology, set, and cast. No interaction is required
