The audience will travel throughout three floors and the outside garden of a church to experience all four acts of this timeless show. Some scenes will take place simultaneously, calling on the audience to choose which characters they want to follow. The show will take place at the United Church of Rogers Park from August 7-17, Thursday through Sunday, at 7 pm. Tickets are tiered at $25 and $35, with a limit of 15 audience members per show. About Sandbox Theatre Collective
Founded in 2022, Sandbox Theatre Collective began as a small group of Chicago artists looking to create a space where theatre-makers of all backgrounds could show up and create their own work. Since that first day, we’ve embraced a non-hierarchical leadership structure, put our focus into new and reimagined works, and created opportunities for as many local artists as possible. In the past three years, we’ve mounted full productions, performed in living rooms and local businesses, produced multiple new play development workshops (and a new musical workshop!), and we’re just getting started.
