Thoughts from the Beginning of the End Immersive Event - Main Image

“Thoughts from the Beginning of the End” by Devin Burnam (Consumption, The Catastrophe Club) is a ride through the questions of how we as individuals make our way through traumatic societal events. What is the function of our seemingly small needs when the world is flipping upside down over and over again? How do we give adequate attention to our emotional & spiritual survival when our physical survival is also at stake? “Thoughts” gives weight to the too often overlooked fact that we need our full range of emotions—laughing, crying, foolish dancing, staring blankly off into space—to be available for us to maintain a life worth living. Sea Dog Theater is an award-winning NYC-based theater company known for their monthly gatherings and productions like: The Catastrophe Club (@Von Bar), Not From Here (@Ace Hotel, Residency), and Danny and the Deep Blue Sea (NYIT Award for Best Revival).
