This immersive interactive show is a series of tiny missions, delivered via text or Whatsapp, that can be completed anytime during the run of Orlando Fringe. Whenever you have a break between shows or time on the lawn, text your handler to get a new mission. If going to a show in Brown venue or dressing up for Tutu Tuesday sounds like something you would be willing to do then the AOD needs YOU. When you are ready to start, report to the venue and follow the instructions there. “They’re Doing All This Stuff” is created by Phoenix Tears Productions, who are known for bringing unique experimental site-specific theater to Orlando Fringe including Patron’s Pick for Murder, The Waiting Room, The War, The Witches, and Stardust Kingdom. About Phoenix Tears Productions
At Phoenix Tears Productions we make weird theater. We put headphones on and perform audio dramas (immersive audio landscapes) by having audiences move around outside and follow physical actors through the story. We create murder mysteries populated by ghosts. We devise zoom based immersion for the pandemic ridden world. We perform our shows at Fringe festivals, Dragonfly Studio 129, and online. Our most recent works include Stardust Kingdom (2016), The War (2019), Recovery: a zoom based immersive show (August 29th & 30th 2020), and Infected: a horror audio drama (October 2020)
