It's time to prove that aliens are real, once and for all. Can your team help Alex break into Area 51 without getting caught? The V.E.R.S. Project is a live virtual interactive sci-fi adventure about an alien conspiracy theorist, Alex, who enlists the help of a team of remote hackers to break into Area 51. Through an innovative blend of escape rooms and immersive theatre, players work together to solve challenges and determine the fate of Alex’s mission — all from the comfort of their own rooms.
Audience Role
The audience members will work together to solve puzzles to determine the fate of Alex's mission. Solving the puzzles will require interacting with your web browser and talking to Alex over Zoom.

The V.E.R.S. Project is an independent arts project with sponsorship from CAMIT and mentorship from Joshua Higgason. The idea for VERS started in the MIT theatre class 21M.737 (Interactive Design for Live Performance) back in May and continued as a passion project over quarantine.
