In this enigmatic shop, a select audience is invited to an exclusive preview of its mysterious collection. Step into a world where gods and mortals clash, and chaos reigns supreme. Where the memories you thought were long forgotten still linger, haunting your every step. The Shop for Mortals and Fools is a site-responsive and immersive physical theatre experience conceived by Vinicius Salles. Inspired by Euripides’ The Bacchae, this bold production delves into one of the greatest tragedies ever written, weaving an original and compelling narrative that explores power, vengeance, and the fragility of the human spirit. This dynamic production comes from artist Vinicius Salles, whose work explores the boundaries of immersive and physical theatre. With years of experience collaborating with world-renowned companies such as Punchdrunk, Jasmin Vardimon, and Gecko, Vinicius crafts performances that are both thought-provoking and visually striking. VIP tickets available on Fri 28 Feb and Sat 1 March 8pm include exclusive perks: Wine and Cheese session, a unique gift from the shop, and a meet-and-greet with the cast. Audience members are encouraged to arrive early. Latecomers will not be admitted. Running time approx 70 minutes. Shows take place 12.30, 2pm. 4pm, 6pm & 8pm, depending on the day.

My practice spans over 35 years. I trained in Performing Arts at Martins Pena in Brazil and later completed a Master's degree in Documentary Film at UAL in London. I have collaborated with leading Brazilian and UK physical theatre and dance companies, including Punchdrunk, Gecko, and Jasmin Vardimon Company.
