An art show in two parts, open weekends through Nov. 23rd. Visit the free public gallery before entering the Maiden Crone's world, accessible only to immersive attendees. The Maiden Crone remixes the triple goddess archetype to explore how we wrestle with the past to build a better future. Tickets to the immersive installation are $10, or we are accepting food donations for the Pike Place Food Pantry as admission. This is a self-guided experience with no performers in the space. Explore at your own pace, stop and reflect, or uncover the story with other visitors. The space is about 1800sqft on one floor, and is wheelchair accessible.

Audience Role

As visiting ancestors of the Maiden Crone, audience members are encouraged to explore, dig through cabinets and drawers, peruse the library, sit and reflect, or try to uncover the story. The artist is also on site and may discuss the work with visitors.

About Radiant Neon

Neon Light Art by Alleson Buchanan Radiant Neon has been bringing real glass neon to the greater Seattle area since 2018. We've been fortunate to work with dozens of students and hundreds of curious visitors. Currently located on Vashon Island, traditional fabrication of neon is at the center of Alleson's fine art practice, where she retells femme and queer stories through her work.
