The In-Between

One night in 1986, a group of friends broke into Battersea Arts Centre, in order to conduct an ill-fated séance. This did not end well. A paranormal investigation concluded there was a ghostly presence in the in-between, the spaces and moments in between in the building. Based on a recently-discovered journal by ex-BAC staff Ivy Callaghan, interactive theatre pioneers Coney have made an adventure for you and a small group of friends to step back to 1986, reconstructing that fateful night. You’ll use an EAR device and your own smartphones, solve riddles and make choices, as you’re guided by Ivy towards the shadows. Try to stay in the light. All spaces are on the first floor, with step-free access via a lift.
