There is an intimacy in grief that is not widely told. There is a pulsing loneliness to the experience of loss that deserves witness.Our world is aching with grief, it is running rivers between us and yet there is a deafening silence. The Garden of Grief is comprised of 10 rooms (portals) designed to evoke the experience of ‘walking through’ the realities of grief. Some rooms are literal, some abstract. Some of the rooms include: The Ancestral Forest The Temple of Collective Grief Behind Closed Doors: Composting Grief The Library of Last Words Each one serving to drop the viewer beneath language into a realm pure emotion and experiencing.
