There are puzzles, "physical" challenges, and a lot of horror ambience. The world progress is synced across players, even those that join after the experience has begun. However there is no saves, once the instance is empty, progress will not be saved. Allow 3-6 hours to complete the experience! You will be able to leave the game running to take breaks.

This is a very immersive horror experience. There is no explicit gore but there are strong themes of danger and suspense.
