The College of Extraordinary Experiences is an immersive, five-day gathering in a historic castle where professionals, creators, and innovators come together to explore professional transformation through play, collaboration, and experience design. The College is designed to change how people think about their work, leadership, and potential. Participants don’t just attend sessions; they co-create them, becoming both students and teachers in a living laboratory of creativity and human connection. It has also been described as “Harry Potter meets Professional Retreat”. It is very much both, and more.
Audience Role
There is no strict division of roles. Each participant takes part in creating the event.
