“A Most Postal Correspondence” Let the Countdown Begin. 10 Weeks of Strange and Haunted Correspondences are received beginning on August 29th and continuing until All Hallows Eve. 9 Envelopes will be arriving with an on going tale of terror and then the Finale package… which is to be opened on Halloween. The envelopes will include a letter, a polaroid, a challenge of some sort and a QR code. Regardless of when your weekly envelope arrives it is VITAL for you to wait to open it until it is Monday… at a time with repeating numbers. Despite running up until Halloween… the Tickets are listed for Monday August 29th. PLEASE NOTE: In order to ensure timely delivery for WEEK 1… tickets must be purchased by Monday August 22nd to participate WARNING: This is an on going “snail-mail” based horror experience meant to serve as a haunted countdown to Halloween. As such there are some found footage campy* slasher film style elements that serve to further the story and its continuously elevating spook factor. Campy*: meaning adult content that may include (but is not limited to) familiar horror tropes such as murder, poison, possession, kidnapping, swearing, stalking, serial killers, blood, violence, sexual elements, found footage, satanic imagery, apocalyptic stakes, nightmare fuel, escaped asylum patients, inmates on the run from death row, tripping toes, the reckless abandon of youth, abandoned structures, revenge schemes, vengeful and/or lost spirits, false endings, primal urges, power plays and surges, haunted soundtracks, ransom demands, orders at hand, uncanny lands, paranormal persistence, supernatural decisions, exorcisms, voodoo dolls and spells from the 1st witch, clues and a time traveling matrix glitch, hitchhiking gone wrong, rites and rituals, secret societies, secret depravities, body cavities, chattering teeth, buried alive, killer bee hives, wipe the tears from your eyes, no one cares**** if you cry as you face down the wrath of your weekly demise. All delivered via an on going mail based story- one that shall be broken up by you leaving the realm of escapism and returning to your life in which *hopefully* no murderous happenings are occuring. Thus automatically giving the experience a feeling of silly spookiness. **** Except I really do care about you- hence the reasoning for this warnings wordy existence.
