Miami blues musician Uncle Scotchy takes the stage with a very personal story, his story… about taking care of his mother who had early on-set Alzheimer’s and who then had to take care of his father, after his mother died... The Blues Opera is a one man-show, intimate and close-up & personal autobiographical play written by and about himself, Eric Garcia, and directed by MMS’s Ana Margineanu. Eric, who is known around town as the musician Uncle Scotchy, will invite only 10 people into his home in Little Havana for an evening of participatory theatre: storytelling, music, games and drinks!
