Are you ready to open the gate? Explore The Backyard before it vanishes! Go beyond the white picket fence to where The Backyard waits—an artful suburban dreamscape gone delightfully glitch. The Backyard invites you to explore a new artistic frontier, immersing your entire self in five original audio/visual works and experiential art of every kind. Before entry, guests pass through a Waiting Room, where Cynthia 404, the suburban guide, offers playful prompts and cryptic instructions about what lies beyond the gate. Visitors are encouraged to explore freely as yard relics stir to life, inviting touch: lift a bbq lid to ignite light and sound, tilt a gnome’s hat to spark animation, or mix your own soundtrack from a listening lawn chair. Each timed, 30 minute tour of The Backyard welcomes you and 11 other curious neighbors, while the surrounding spaces remain OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Vinyl DJs, cocktails, and a maker's marketplace greet you before and after your journey. A limited-edition “take-home” memento is included with every Backyard ticket purchase! The Backyard gate is open from 7pm to 11pm for three nights only. Choose your slot, grab your crew, and support LA-based artists! Tickets are limited.
