Super Duper is an experience that is both solitary and communal and explores the nature of legacy.

It was accessible, provocative, thoughtful, innovative, and original.” - Audience Member Through an experience that is both solitary and communal, Super Duper asks where the truth resides in a world that defines itself by manufactured personae. While both observing and personally participating in this journey, the audience experiences the perspectives of various individuals exploring a pivotal and complex relationship they all shared. Ghost Road will present a series of final repeat performances of the Super Duper free live Zoom Pandemic Excerpt on March 13 (6pm and 8pm) and March 14 (3pm and 5pm). Spots are limited; there will only be 40 attendees per performance. See reservation link below. Inspired in part by Itaru Sasaki’s Wind Phone, this work marks a new direction for the ensemble as we fuse our collaborative techniques with elements of immersive and interactive performance. Those with a reservation will receive a Zoom link and password on March 12. Note: Only one reservation per household is needed. The ensemble scavenges the current social landscape for objects, language and images that are, in turn, informed by the ensemble’s individual experiences of the world, creating something surprising and unexpected. The world of the piece is the piece itself, in which the “everyday” transforms into unexpected realizations and epiphanies about the nature of truth and possibility in the world at large.
