About Interactive Escapes

Interactive Escapes has been crafting scavenger hunts and interactive theater since 2013 and one year before we attended our first escape room. Some of our hit shows were: Mindreader, where Chicago audiences could interact with two actors at a time: one in person, and one representing the person's inner monologue over loudspeaker. Groundhog Date, an interactive farce where Brooklyn audiences took turns at a 7 minute time loop of trying to stop a feisty couple from breaking up. We are aware the name is forgettable but we swear we thought it sounded great back in 2013!
