Sound Bath

Each 60-minute session includes a brief introduction to the Integratron, its history, and acoustic properties, followed by 35-40 minutes of live music performed on 22 quartz crystal singing bowls, with remaining time to integrate the experience while listening to ambient music. Participants rest in the resonant sound chamber while bowls keyed to body energy centers are played. This "sonic healing" produces waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body. Bring your own blanket (weather is cooler than nearby Palm Springs) and dress in layers; the facility is climate-controlled with air-conditioning. Comfortable mats with clean coverings are provided.
