Twelve quests; 17,000 players. This is Pursuit, a real-world race to find clues scattered across San Francisco, solve mysteries, and maybe make a few friends.
Mysterious posters have appeared across San Francisco featuring a mischievous looking creature and an invitation: “Text for your mission.” PURSUIT is a whimsical scavenger hunt, transforming the city into an interactive playground where clues, or “missions”, lead adventurers through interactive and imaginative challenges involving alternate realities and futuristic tech overlaid across our city. The hunt is designed to be accessible, allowing folks to join at any time, go solo or with friends, and complete missions at their own pace. Who exactly the team is and what lies at the end of the missions remains elusive for now. The scavenger hunt runs from July 11 to August 7, with new clues being announced every few days.
