ROPPONGI ART NIGHT 2026 — 六本木 百影夜行 (Roppongi Hyakuei Yakō / "Roppongi One Hundred Shadows") Work-in-progress performance Roppongi, the night where a hundred shadows roam... Things forgotten by the city are called "machibouke": places where a role has ended, tools no longer used, time that has passed. They simply keep being quiet, "still here." Audience members wear earphones and walk through Roppongi on Halloween night. Stop, look back, look for someone. Is it the sound of this place that reaches your ears, or the sound of a hundred years ago? As the border grows dust, a sleeping layer rises beneath the familiar landscape. If you notice it, you are also part of the Hyakki Yakō queue.
