Don't miss an unforgettable evening of dance at the LA Arboretum! Blue13 Dance Company presents Pouring Salt Over Ink on Saturday, October 17, an immersive dance experience celebrating feminine power, ancestry, and expression, conjured by Artistic Director Achinta Sawhny McDaniel and Associate Director Jon Paul. For one night, the Arboretum's historic Queen Anne Cottage, Coach Barn, and surrounding grounds transform into the setting for an evening of dance, cocktails, and revelry. Visitors won't simply watch the performance—they may become part of it, making choices that shape the experience and even dancing alongside the performers of Blue13 throughout the evening. Doors open at 5:00 PM, with the immersive experience taking place from 5:30–8:00 PM. Cocktails, beverages, and light bites will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Come ready to explore, interact, and experience dance in an entirely new way as Blue13 and the LA Arboretum create a singular twilight performance where movement, place, ancestry, and audience come together. Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be requested in advance of one week prior to the program start date in order to qualify for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules requested within 7 days of the class start date will not qualify for a refund or reschedule. The Arboretum does not offer credit or reschedules for missed classes or tardiness. If you are unable to cancel within the required refund window, please consider your program fee a donation to the garden.
