Written in the form of letters and based on ancient Jewish texts, this story follows the life of one woman from Ancient Persia, Vashti, who finds strength in herself through her exploration of sexuality. Participants will receive a box with the letters in scroll form and other items they will come to understand as they listen to the theatricalized reading of the letters. All will be complete except for one scroll that is in pieces. Listeners piece it together to find out the very end of the play.

Turnkey Theatre
Hosting immersive events on EI since May, 2021
Turnkey Theatre creates interactive immersive audio experiences. Our hybrid approach combines participant engagement and audio theatre. Participants receive a box of specially designed items with each play that they interact with as instructed while listening. These boxes can be shipped anywhere in the United States, and can be enjoyed at any time the participant chooses.
To ensure equitable access, we also make lower cost audio-only versions of our plays accessible.
