The World In Our Options Have Changed, a series of crises have put a country on the brink of social collapse. A beloved wellness company named All for One has risen to power by helping people cope through their ‘holistic hopeline.’ In this telephonic choose-your-own-adventure, each participant will have a unique experience. Explore the interactive wellness opportunities…or go down the rabbit hole in a search for the truth. Callers can make multiple calls and spend as much, or as little, time as they like on the hopeline – and make their own mark on it in the process. In all, Our Options Have Changed offers over three hours of potential experiences to uncover. Tips for Callers Reserving your Living Ticket will enable you to access Our Options Have Changed at any time, and call back as many times as you like. For an optimal experience, Flux recommends using headphones, and calling from a location with good cell service. (Sound quality may be impacted by low service.) Many–but not all–experiences are accessible by landline. For all of the secret corners, use a cell phone.
Audience Role
Callers will make choices via phone menu and interact with each module as much or as little they choose. There are opportunities (but no requirements) for creative additions and interactions through voice, text, or dial-in. Again, callers can make multiple calls and spend as much, or as little, time as they like on the hopeline.

About Flux Theatre Ensemble
Flux Theatre Ensemble produces transformative theatre that explores and awakens the capacity for change. As an ensemble-artist driven company, we believe that long-term collaboration and rigorous creative development can unite artists and audiences to build a creative home in New York. Since 2006, Flux has produced 22 productions and countless readings and developmental projects. The ensemble is made up of eleven Creative Partners composed of actors, directors, playwrights, and designers. Flux is the proud recipient of the 2011 Caffe Cino Fellowship Award, presented annually to an Off-Off-Broadway theatre company that consistently produces outstanding work. The company’s productions of Hearts Like Fists and Ajax in Iraq were chosen as “New York Times Critics’ Picks” and in 2015 Backstage named Flux one of “eight young and mighty New York theatre companies.” Over the years, Flux has received New York Innovative Theatre Award nominations for their productions of Once Upon a Bride There Was a Forest, Jane the Plain, Sans Merci, Hearts Like Fists, Ajax in Iraq, The Angel Eaters Trilogy, The Lesser Seductions of History and Dog Act. Flux Theatre Ensemble is a member of the Alliance of Resident Theatres/NY, the Network of Ensemble Theaters and the League of Independent Theatres.
