Last Orders
An immersive dining experience celebrating Ministry of Sound's 35 years
Ministry of Sound is launching Last Orders, a dining experience that transforms the club's dancefloor into a culinary venue, celebrating the venue's 35-year history through a five-course menu curated by Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter, paired with DJ sets by Ralph Lawson featuring house music spanning Chicago, Balearic, and UK styles. The journey begins with a modern take on Chicago's famous deep-dish pizza and progresses through New York-inspired lobster and prawn rolls, plus a Berlin lamb kebab interpretation. This marks the debut of Last Orders as a new series, with future editions set to feature different chefs, DJs and creative collaborations.

About Ministry of Sound
Founded in 1991 by Justin Berkmann, Ministry of Sound was born from a life-changing trip to New York, where Justin experienced the raw, community-driven energy of Paradise Garage. Every night is programmed with intention, allowing different scenes, sounds and communities to coexist under one roof. Ministry of Sound has always championed an egalitarian approach to the dancefloor. No hierarchies, just shared energy, world-class sound and a belief that everyone is welcome through our doors.
