Be the story! Dive into a world of fables and adventures with interactive characters from your favorite stories to solve the puzzles, dodge the curses, complete the quest, and maybe save the day…. In under 90 minutes. This innovative theatrical puzzle room created by Illinois Theatre will take place at CU Adventures in Time and Space in Urbana. Bring your friends to collaboratively play out this conundrum of consequences, and perhaps serve justice in this topsy-turvy world. Each performance has limited audience slots, so make sure you and your 7 favorite companions plan accordingly! This experience should last around 90 minutes. Pricing: Ticket are $35 per person, and games are not private; you will be playing with others. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

About Illinois Theatre
This playable theatre experience inspired by Sondheim’s Into the Woods is produced by the UIUC Department of Theatre in collaboration with the Game Studies & Design program, the CU Community Fab Lab, and CU Adventures in Time and Space, an award-winning escape room facility. This is the second playable theatre production produced by UIUC and is associated with the “Theatre Pathway” of the Game Design undergraduate minor and Game Studies graduate minor programs.
