This is a 1:1 zoom larp where you the customer play a Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist for the Magical Help Desk. You will receive your new hire packet with a manual to help you help others but feel free to trust your gut, I mean what could go wrong? This is a freeform larp that lasts about 25 minutes. All Times are Eastern Ages 14+

The Audience takes on the role as the Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist at the Magical Help Desk. They will receive a new hire packet with a manual that they can use at their discretion.
