Forever and the Now

We are living through a moment of profound transformation. The world is reshaping itself through organizing, activism, and human‑driven change, and we stand at a crossroads where collective action is essential for a livable future. "Forever and the Now" at Wildseed Centre for Art & Activism brings together 12 artists using projection, live painting, performance, and sculpture to explore world‑building, Black liberation, crip justice, migration, queer and trans resistance, and other movements shaping our present. Their work situates us within long traditions of intergenerational organizing and future planning, rooted in an aspirational now. Experience large‑scale exterior projections by æryka hollis o'neill, lwrds duniam, Hagare Shimby Zegeye, Kim Ninkuru, and Ky Williams, and an interior wonderland of soft sculpture, performance, and connection by Mandela, dbi.young anitafrika, Samson Bonkeabantu Brown, Chason Yeboah, Dai Mason, Diva Newbold, Spring Hamilton, Illeda Robinson, and Akobena.
