For Us, By Us, Eat Us, Save Us
Lose yourself in an ever-evolving exhibition by Jefferson Huxley, the art world’s best kept secret.
“For Us, By Us, Eat Us, Save Us” challenges gallery etiquette by crossing boundaries and unlocking doors, leading to an interactive underbelly hiding behind the pristine white wall of your favorite gallery. Visitors delve deep by inching closer to unraveling the enigmatic truth about Jefferson Huxley and the message of his work. This immersive exhibition explores the exploitation of black art while inviting the audience to engage with and inevitably influence the art they came to see.
Audience Role
The audience has the choice between two narrative tracks: Visitor & Patron. Visitors are given the most freedom and attention as they navigate a gallery made fully available for them to interact with. Patrons are given the chance to stay out of the spotlight, instead gaining exclusive access to a private room, allowing them to observe and manipulate facets of the experience behind the scenes.
