Flight takes place in absolute darkness inside a 40ft shipping container. It's interior exactly resembles an Airbus 320 cabin and over 30 minutes, Flight explores the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, taking audience members through two worlds, two realities and two possible outcomes to their journey. There are many worlds in which this plane lands safely. DARKFIELD produces innovative immersive experiences at the forefront of technology and theatre – both location-based experiences and digital work. DARKFIELD's location-based work utilises striking sets, binaural 360 degree sound, darkness and a variety of sensory effects.
