Dark Matter
room-encompassing audiovisual performances
DARK MATTER is a parallel cosmos of expansive light installations in which the boundaries between the real and the digital world become blurred. Within the pitch-black rooms of a converted factory, the visitor embarks on a journey through seven partly interactive works. Light, movement and sound fuse into emotional choreographies of luminous shapes and colors. Built across 1,000 square meters of exhibition space, DARK MATTER presents a range of multimedia installations. These vary from breathtakingly intimate light compositions, to interactive walk-in structures, and room-encompassing audiovisual performances. Some works are supported with a worldwide unique 3D-soundsystem. Each room possesses an own individual atmosphere that unfolds upon entry, creating a holistic and one-of-a-kind experience; a space to be enjoyed by visitors of all ages and backgrounds.

About WHITEvoid
WHITEvoid is a design and art studio based in Berlin. Whether commissioned by a daring brand or a forward-looking cultural institution, our large-scale projects always aim to amaze and connect with viewers. Through the constant desire for innovation, we transform the wildest dreams of each customer into an experience. We create for audiences in public or brand spaces and events, at trade fair stands, shows and exhibitions, as well as in museums and festivals. Our work spans a wide range of projects and scales, from architecture, interiors and large-scale installations to interactive exhibits and custom-made applications. At WHITEvoid, each new project is an infinite empty space to be filled with technical innovation, artistic thought, and above all, a human touch. The name ‘WHITEvoid’ stands for a blank screen or a white sheet – the only thing that a designer, architect or artist has in their mind before they come up with an idea.
