A GENERATION BORN TO WAR COMES OF AGE DETERMINED TO NOT REPEAT THE PAST… In the year 1794, the fallout of the American Revolution has the newly formed country buzzing with a desire to reap the benefits of its new found freedom. The medical students at Harvard Medical School, eager to get ahead of their European counterparts and hardened by their childhoods spent in war, are willing to do anything it takes to get ahead. Among them is an ambitious, smart, young doctor determined to make his famous family proud by curing his brilliant but dying sister. This show is the fourth in our Daemonologie Series to explore the intersection of social change, gender and the supernatural. In this show we will explore topics of bodily autonomy, identity, gender roles, class dynamics, responsibility of science, medical ethics and the power to decide one's own fate. We design open world interactive theater designed to encourage audiences to be active participants in the events happening around them. We have a well tested structure to give our audience enough freedom to decide the fate of the story but not the run of the house or property. Actors will not be masked but will be testing. Audience is encouraged to mask for all indoor sections of the show. Intramersive Media LLC is a queer, female owned and run company that believes in consent forward workplaces and fair sustainable practices. This show is recommended 16+ due to sensitive topics and mature content.
Audience Role
Audience will be treated as guests and will be welcomed to interact with our actors as scenes unfold. In the end the audience will be tasked with deciding what happens to each of our characters.
