Fresh from being selected as part of Best of The Toronto Fringe, DADS comes to The Kick & Push Festival for a funny, heartfelt, and interactive exploration of the relationships we have with the men who made us. Created by award-winning siblings Taylor Trowbridge and Dylan Trowbridge, DADS blends audience interaction, stand-up comedy, games, and storytelling to unpack the complicated, hilarious, and lasting impact of fathers and father figures. Each performance features a different guest comedian sharing a set about their own dad, making every night a little different.
Audience Role
The audience plays an active role in DADS, with interactive moments, games, and opportunities to respond and contribute throughout the performance. Their participation helps make each show feel spontaneous and ensures that no two performances unfold in quite the same way.

The Kick & Push is a summer theatre festival that aims to take the audience beyond being passive observers. In its tenth year of operations, the Festival continues to bring professional artists to Kingston, Ontario from all over Canada to share innovative works of great artistic and historical value.
