Cup of Knowledge

Founded in 2013, Letter of Marque Theater Company spreads a culture of ensemble through responsive, accessible, and inclusive theater and programming, all offered little or no cost. OUR MISSION is to spread ensemble culture through inclusive, responsive, and accessible theater. OUR VISION is a future in which success is pursued, not individually, but collectively and that ensemble ideology is a vital part of healthy communities. OUR WORK spans from original plays to Shakespeare; from collaborations with other disciplines to stagings of classic literature; from cabarets to pirate trials. Improvisation, both classic & experimental, is at the core of our devising methods. OUR CREW functions as an ensemble to produce new, re-imagined theater that challenges the status quo by braving the seas of social change.
