Well, now is your chance to be an extra on the hit show of 1957, ‘Welcome to Woodvana!’. Assistant Director Diego Cabrera is seeking extras for B-Roll footage on the ‘Club Babalu’ soundstage. Explore the elaborate and realistic set, enjoy a variety of live performances, and delight in craft cocktails! About Club Babalu Club Babalu is an immersive burlesque variety show set inside of a classic old-Hollywood soundstage in Downtown Los Angeles. Indulge in glamorous, provocative performances and craft cocktails while reveling in Mid Century nostalgia. Delight in a post-show libation in the lush outdoor Garden Bar. Show Notes Club Babalu is a themed theatrical experience, not an actual Hollywood soundstage. Camera shy? Don’t worry! Club Babalu is a fictional television taping. Although you are referred to as ‘extras’, you are not being filmed. Any cameras on set are props and any mention of filming is a part of the show.

Club Babalu is an immersive burlesque variety show. Although Club Babalu has a traditional theatrical component with a reserved seat, there is no fourth wall. The performers may interact with you! The experience exists within a larger world with ancillary spaces to explore. 6,000 sq. feet of detailed set and sound design transports you to 1957 with an exciting modern twist.

About Cinereal Productions

Cinereal Productions is a multi-disciplinary firm focused on creating captivating work that commands attention and provokes thought.
