Four psychonauts who used to share psychedelic experiences arrive together in the same mind-world. What they expect to be a peaceful exploration of human consciousness becomes a battle for their sanity when they have to face challenges posed by mysterious entities that turn out to be projections of themselves. Uncanniks is committed to providing a safe and transformative experience for all attendees. As part of our immersive live performance, certain food items may be used by actors during the show. These items are handled exclusively by performers and are not intended for audience consumption. What can I expect during an Uncanniks performance? Unlike traditional theater, there are no assigned seats; the audience stands and is placed directly within the narrative space, surrounded by the actors and elements of the production. There is no spoken text, no dialogue among the actors, and no narrated explanations. The entire progression relies solely on action and reaction. Meaning arises from observation, bodily resonance, and individual interpretation rather than verbal guidance. Are Uncanniks shows suitable for everyone? No, Uncanniks shows are not suitable for everyone. They may evoke strong emotional, psychological, or physiological responses and are not intended as casual entertainment. Our shows are recommended only for adults who are comfortable with experimental, boundary-pushing work. Parental guidance is advised; the shows are not appropriate for children.
Audience Role
No active participation is required in Uncanniks performances. The audience is strictly a witness. Attending the performance is the participation: by being there, you complete the collective act of witnessing, but you are not part of the story, narrative, or action itself. There is no speaking, touching performers, handling props, or any form of intervention allowed. You may not interact with the action in any way. You are free to stand still or move slowly and discreetly to adjust your viewpoint. The work is driven entirely by the performers, and the integrity of the experience depends on the audience maintaining this boundary as observers.

About Uncanniks
Our work is an act of interruption. We believe reality is not a fixed state. It is a house with many rooms, yet we are taught to live in only one. Beyond the familiar walls of our daily perception lie other chambers of experience, and some of them offer a broader, more profound meaning of what it is to be human. Uncanniks is a narrative art company dedicated to staging the worlds that shimmer in the periphery of our own. We build tangible, alternate realities as a method of inquiry. We dismantle the stage, remove the seats, and place you directly within the frame of a new story. Actors, custom technology, immersive sound, and imaginary architecture help us to craft every element to dissolve the boundary between audience and performance, between the everyday and the possibility of another step in our evolution. We use theatre as a technology, sound as a vehicle, and metaphysics as our map. Whether in the enclosed space of a performance or a silent procession through the city streets, our goal is always to create a relationship between inner and outer spaces where we can explore the limits of our consciousness and listen to the voice that waits beyond the monologue.
