Ring! Ring! Atomic Hotline invites you to experience an interactive science fiction audio drama with a telephonic twist. The Moscow-Washington Hotline: officially introduced in 1963, the top secret link established to cool international nuclear concerns is still in use. While it was popularly referred to as the “Red Phone,” the Hotline wasn’t ever a telephone line at all… or was it? You’re invited to connect with the citizens of Broken Arrow, Nevada, a small town thrown into slow-building chaos after intercepting an experimental nuclear hotline. Your help is requested; will you make the right call? Atomic Hotline is an immersive audio drama performed live over telephone, written and created by AJ Danna. AJ’s prior immersive theatre work includes experiences and activations from Netflix, Amazon, Universal, and Warner Bros. Most recently, his voiceovers could be heard in Sleepwalkr 360 - The Theatre, an official selection of Tribeca Festival’s Audio Storytelling lineup presented by Audible.
