AQUA MAROONED! is a card game played in nature that explores the environment using quick wit, physical activity and creative invention. Join intergalactic adventurers Pinny, Scuddle, Zan and Coco as they explore earth’s “watersphere.” If you love Apples to Apples or Cards Against Humanity, AQUA MAROONED! is for you! Grab a copy of the core deck of missions for FREE at any participating Alliance for Watershed Education (AWE) center or partner site. Collect up to 20 additional expansion packs with more site-specific missions to discover the land, creatures and people connected to the Delaware River watershed. Make extra sure to snag a copy of our Lenape expansion pack, created under the guidance of the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape to gain insight from the region’s ancestral and present-day caretakers, found anywhere the core deck is offered! AQUA MAROONED! was created as part of Lenapehoking~Watershed: a place for water, art and culture, an environmentally-focused public art project of the Alliance for Watershed Education. Lenapehoking is a place name that means “the land of the Lenape people.” It covers an area roughly equivalent to the Delaware River Watershed, the region of land where water flows into the Delaware River.
