A Dark and Stormy Murder
A 1940s Thriller on the High Seas
A Dark And Stormy Murder - A 1940s Thriller on the High Seas It’s 1948 and the tiki cruise to reclusive heiress Priscilla Yates’s annual island party is about to set sail. The guest-list? Exclusive. The rumors? Outlandish. And the pictures? Well, there are no pictures because these parties are strictly hush-hush. You’ve been hand-picked by Madame Yates to attend, so dress the part and grab a cocktail- it’s all aboard the SS Verity! Enjoy the views of placid waters with the upstanding Captain Swan at the helm. Get to know the crew and your fellow party guests, you may even rub elbows with Hollywood superstar Harmony Casta. The party starts as soon as you board the ship… get ready for a night to remember! KatNip Productions in association with Spy Brunch LLC presents “A Dark And Stormy Murder,” an online, interactive murder mystery. Guests join this tiki island cruise via Zoom, and are provided in advance with character names and bio sketches so they can dress and act the part. VIP Ticket option includes two themed cocktails and snacks from The Roguelike Tavern (for local pick-up in Burbank). Past productions include “Whiskey Business” (KatNip), “Sherwood & Nottingham” (Spy Brunch), “Gary’s Divorce” (KatNip), and “Safehouse ‘82” (Spy Brunch).
