Meet new people, play some golf, have fun, compete for a Trophy Prefab Prize provided by VRCon! This tournament is all about the experience and meeting new people, show up to have some fun and relax. You don't have to be a pro or even know how to play the game to join! Everyone is welcome, no matter if it's your first time or if you're a seasoned veteran. The tournament will be played in VRChat. What world will we be using? Due to the different play styles between VR and Desktop mode, we will have both modes play separately. Both tournaments will play the same way, and winners will receive the same prize. Rules For optimization reasons we ask that all avatars are ranked medium or better for performance. If you need help with this please feel free to let us know in the discord prior to the event and we can provide an optimized avatar for you to use! Please be respectful to the event hosts and to other participants! Everyone is here to have a good time so please try to do the same. If you encounter any issues please contact an event host. Signing up Click the register button on the left to sign up. *You do not have to include your real name when signing up; just put in your VRChat name or a filler. This event will be a solo-signup event, which means there will be no teams for this tournament, every man for himself! You MUST join the VRCon Discord to participate in the event. You MUST provide your Discord upon signing up for the event. You will be given a Mini-Golf tournament participant role in the VRCon discord. Groups will be randomized, and we cannot guarantee anyone will get to play with anyone in particular. *The world we are using unfortunatly is not quest compatible, so we cannot accept quest users for this event but we have many more quest friendly events coming up! Final Registration/Deadline On April 20th, the day before the event, it is REQUIRED that everyone send a message on the VRCon discord channel labeled "Tournament confirmation" with their name and the word "confirmed" after. For example, "SoldnerX Confirmed." Tournament Schedule Qualifier date: April 23nd - Hilltop Meadows Main Event date: April 24rd - Waterfall Ridge Finals Event date: April 25th - Both courses THE EVENT OFFICIALLY BEGINS AT 430pm Eastern all 3 days How to progress Day one: After the 1st day, only the players with the 16 lowest number of points will move on to day two. Day two: Only the players with the 4 lowest scores will move on to day 3. *If there is a tie for the last qualifying positions, we will determine who will advance with a shootout where the higher scores will be eliminated. This will be done before the main event the next day.
