The Luminarians

If a single painting were removed from history, how would it change the world we live in now?

The Luminarians Immersive Event - Main Image

Welcome to the Earth Outpost of Luminous Labs, home of The Luminary–a mysterious piece of omniscient tech that uses a database of human arts and culture to defend against wormhole attacks. But when disaster strikes while the outpost is understaffed, it’s all hands on deck to reverse the wormhole’s damage before all of human history faces the consequences. Race against the clock, complete challenges, save the world. Think you’ve got what it takes? THE LUMINARIANS is a brand new collaborative project set in the immersive projection space of The Stein Luminary. Developed by students from Boise State’s Theatre, Film, Creative Writing and Visual Studies programs, this foray into participatory theatre aims to showcase The Luminary’s unique interactivity and craft an experience that illuminates the history of humankind.
