Experience Design Certificate Program

Join us for a 10 month, low-residency program providing both comprehensive understanding of the principles of experience design and introduction to an engaged and dynamic community. YOU WILL LEARN: Audience-Centered Design Worldbuilding Participatory and Interactive Narrative Diagramming Interdisciplinary Collaboration Strategies Grants, Proposals & Budgets Approaches to Sustainable Practice Students will take a weekly course online and receive mentorship from Odyssey Works co-directors Abraham Burickson and Ayden LeRoux, as well as guest faculty and critics. The program is bookended by in-person weekend intensives, the first in rural upstate New York and the second in New York City. You will leave the program with two completed portfolio projects, one of which is derived from Lived Research during the summer months, which is developed into an experience offered to the public at a culminating exhibition in NYC in November.
